Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within fifteen (15) days of receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Custom orders and orders with options cannot be cancelled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund. Returned goods will not be accepted without a returned goods authorization (RGA) number.

In the unlikely event the order is not shipped completely the item should be shipped within 2 weeks.

All prices are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) factory. Freight charges will be prepaid, collect or prepaid and added to the invoice (upon approved credit). Most products are in inventory and ship within 1 to 2 days from the time an order is received. Large and/or custom orders vary in shipping times and may be drop shipped from separate locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Products are generally shipped via U.S. Mail or U.P.S. Expedited deliveries are available. Rates are dependent upon weight, size, destination and products ordered - call for freight charge quotation. Should an order exceed size and/or weight limitations, motor freight will be used. Freight delivery is curbside. Inside delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. When necessary, equipment is banded and stretch wrapped to pallets. When delivered to the transportation company, shipments become the property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage should be noted on the bill of lading.

Shipping on airbrushed designs that are put on mailboxes ordered from this website include shipping to the artist to be painted and shipping from the artist to you.

Once the orders have shipped, they are the property of the purchaser. Before signing for your order, please note on the freight bill any possible damage to file a freight claim. Once the bill of lading has been signed and damage was not listed, it is likely you have waived your rights to file a freight claim. It is our recommendation that you sign all bills of lading "Subject to Inspection". This will help preserve your freight claim rights. Each carrier has different times before which a freight claim must be filed. Report all damage as soon as possible. Please note: All original packaging including outer carton, inner packaging, corner guards, etc., must be retained to file a freight claim. Without this the carrier will deny the claim.
